i came to a realization today.

i'm going to marry chris thile. so anyone who thought they had a chance....pssh forget it cause he's mine

....right. i wish lol. ok so anyway, i get to go to birmingham to see nickel creek as a kind of "end-of-summer-back-to-gps-torture-camp" kinda thing, so that's just...cool beyond belief cause i LOVE LOVE LOVE nickel creek.

oooo riverbend is good this year! i didn't go first night cause i had nooo idea who the main person was (turns out he sings "when a man loves a woman" which is a good song lol) but i went to see martina mcbride and she was awesome (even though im more of a bluegrass fan than country...she's really cool i think). and i saw the temptations (of course...) cause the temptations are the best musical group ever...in the history of time...and otis was up there. i was like, you go!!! even if you are old, you're alive and you can dance so go for it man!! so anyway, tonight is the bessie smith strut, which is the most retarted part of riverbend BY FAR cause there's always crappy music (if any) and you dont have to have a riverbend pin to get in so there's a gazillion people down there getting drunk and there's gangs and all sorts of drugs....yea you get my drift so im at home watching movies all night...which i guess is kinda good kinda bad lol. everclear is coming though!! on like...friday or somethin...and there was this awesome band on last night called overcooked salmon (yes...that's their real name...lol) that stu told me about...really really good...and as i was walkin out there was some band up on the provident stage that had a WICKED drummer...i duno who it was but i was like, holy god...that's amazing. so everything is good...except we keep losing sean at RB...cause he keeps WALKING OFF...::coughcough:: ok well this is the longest entry i think i've ever written...lmao so imma go. ciao
